Data we collect
Through our contact form, we collect only: name, company, business email, phone number, industry, and the content of your message. We never collect payment data or identity documents on this site.
Why we use it
This data is used solely to assess and respond to your business inquiry. It is transmitted to our internal CRM (Odoo) to manage the business relationship.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (the form's checkbox) and on our legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry you initiated.
Retention period
Data from the contact form is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then archived or deleted in accordance with our legal obligations.
Your rights
In accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (CNDP), you have the right to access, rectify, object to, and delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@soontech.ma.
AI camera counting
Our camera counting solution (see Special Solutions) collects no biometric data and identifies no individual. Images are processed locally to extract only anonymous path and volume statistics.
